Bonterra

Bonterra, with its 215 planned units, is one of the biggest issues in District 9, and we haven’t even felt the full effect of it yet. It has already impacted Gum Bayou and traffic in the area.

My opponent has said that he voted for it because he had to, because the lawyers told him DR Horton complied with all requirements, etc.

The problem is, HE created the requirements. He voted SIX TIMES in all for Bonterra.

We can debate this or that, but in the end, a voting record is a voting record.

My opponent’s FIRST action upon assuming office in January 2020 was to start preparing to bring in Bonterra.

Ask yourself… if he did it for Bonterra, why wouldn’t he do it for Bonterra 2, or Bonterra 3 in the future?
